Don't see any direct comment addressing the capacity issue...however this was part of the 10-q "We are also currently in the final design stage for the construction of a new pharmaceutical-grade water system within our Myford facility. The installation of this system will supply water to multiple manufacturing systems, which we believe is a critical step in creating the manufacturing efficiencies required to increase output and strengthen our margins. We expect both the installation and validation of this system to take place in fiscal 2021"...so to some degree the water issue is impacting output...imao...r
