Also with Entity owning majority shares, they make $$$ simply loaning shares to an unscrupulous brokerage house to further lend those to shortsell groups too (naked shorting) - stocks gets further plummeted while the brokerages (both sides) make monies, one by lender fee and the other by commission fees...
