Shows how terribly misinformed you are:

July 23rd edition of the Washington Post:

…On Thursday, Sen. George V. Voinovich (R-Ohio) said he no longer objects to confirming Bolton to the U.N. job for the remainder of the Bush administration.

…Writing in The Washington Post on Thursday, Voinovich said that Bolton has proven himself. "In recent weeks I have watched him react to the challenges involving North Korea, Iran and now the Middle East, speaking on behalf of the United States," the senator wrote.

Here's more info about the man that your low intellect has designated an SOB.

From today’s Kyodo News:

Chinese Ambassador to the United Nations Wang Guangya expressed his disappointment at Bolton's resignation in New York, saying, ''I think that I worked very closely with him and I believe he's hardworking and I regret that he's going to resign.''
Asked on Bolton's oft-criticized hard-line working style, Wang said, ''That is his style, yeah, but I think that he worked hard. And also for me and for some of my other colleagues, we worked together with him and we enjoyed working together.''

From today’s U.S. Newswire:

World Jewish Congress American Section Statement on Bolton Resignation

The World Jewish Congress American Section today expressed its deep appreciation to Ambassador John Bolton, who has announced his resignation as Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations.
American Section Chair Evelyn Sommer said, "We deeply regret that Ambassador Bolton is leaving his post at such an important moment for the United States and the international community. His leadership and commitment, before and during his tenure at the UN, have been very important to all Americans and to the Jewish community. I have personally enjoyed working closely with him, including 15 years ago to rescind the UN's notorious resolution equating Zionism with racism. His role at the UN has been historic, and we look forward to continuing our long association with him and the ideals we share."
