So, where is this completely fictitious fabricated on Twitter deal with LCYB, LCY, or KKR??? Where is there any link from any of those companies that state they have an interest in the acquisition of a completely liquidated, out of business company???? LOL!!! Here's a hint: There is no such link, that was made up by some folks on Twitter.

And what, exactly, is still under seal??? The only thing that remains is the contracts that there's another party to (ie - Vinmar) that might object to the terms being release, but it's irrelevant since BioAmber is out of business and can't meet their end of things.

All of this fabrication will come to an end and everyone will realize that none of the tweets about a $500+M buyout of a dead company was real. One by one, recognition of the misrepresentation will occur. Looking forward to that.
