These instances were in 2009 and last related SEC filings were 2004. In the final sec filing the reason for ceasing operations was the company could not meet the “new” regulatory requirement for audited financial statements. By using the shells to go public these companies will be able to meet all regulatory requirements ... all IMO...not recommendation for investment purchase
