I'm sure you are just pulling each other's chains, but being only an observer here I'll make a few comments.

Boards only exist for actual companies, not dissolved ones. Yahoo deletes message boards for deleted/delisted/revoked securities. IHUB does not delete such message boards.

If you are happy for cusip suspension because of Good things coming, I think you are confusing cusip suspension with a trade halt. A trade halt is sometimes a good thing. A trade suspension or cusip suspension isn't a good thing.

I've looked up what a cusip suspension means and have found very little to provide an actual definition, or someone would have posted a link by now. As I understand it (I could be wrong), the SEC did not suspend trading of BIOAQ, nor did it revoke the stock. SEC trade suspension seems to be different from cusip suspension. The SEC definitions are easier to find. Do you have examples where a cusip suspension was reversed and the stock resumes trading? I know it happens with SEC trade suspensions.

I'm not really an expert on all these terms, though I've been through a couple of stock bankruptcies, and there are always people coming along claiming buyout when there's an announcement of assets being sold. That's not the case. I've never been through a chapter 15 liquidation, but I have been through a chapter 11 liquidation (chapter 11 can be liquidation or more commonly reorganization). There have been a few occasions where a chapter 11 winds up with assets available for the stockholders (I think Prandium was one, but I only followed that bankruptcy a little because I liked the restaurants attached to that stock, though I'm not 100% sure).

Anyway, just a couple of comments from an outside observer whose only interest is learning more about investing and trading, though I hope to never go through bankruptcy again with any of my stocks, and I don't really trade sub-penny stocks (though I've had them because of bankruptcies).

Good luck, I hope all your other investments go well.
