Exactly we haven’t yet! The difference of opinion rests on some of us saying it will come and others saying it won’t.

What we ALL have seen (and no I don’t just mean 2 out of 191 of us lol) is the plural of both transactionS and agreementS used NUMEROUS times in the APA regarding this singular deal (no S). One that was described as an EXCEPTIONAL liquidation as opposed to the usual, regula run of the mill, normal liquidations that result in not enough recoveries for some creditors and ALL shareholders (and no I don’t mean only 2 out of 191 of us wouldn’t see money I mean ALL of us like the good lord meant when they invented the word and it’s meaning)
