So we can infer that Tony has the connections to find a suitable MJ candidate. I asked Tony on Sept 19th if merger was done he said it was in process and we would have an update soon.
On Oct 14th I asked again, if the Merger was complete he said it was. I expect updates soon.
I personally think a big company from Colorado in the MJ / Hemp business has bought the shell from the Wolfsons.
