ADSV has received notification that the merger company would like them to go to escrow to finalize the transaction. I still believe that the merger candidate is Oyo or actually... a part of Oyo.
I'm guessing that Oyo might have asked that ADSV wait to use their name until everything is completed... a little bit further down the road, but that some minor references are fair to be used for now until they grant them further approval which looks like now since the website is back to having Oyo on it. Here are subliminal pieces of intel that still connects ADSV to Oyo based on what was posted on the ADSV website then and now:
