I was actually a litigator turned to securities law after I began investing in the pinks. Do it full time now, but still learning. CEOs can get away with stuff cause they are very careful (except Petar LOL) not to give too specific information or material information that could come back to them. Saying a "PR is coming soon" doesn't create liability, but it does raise expectations. They know this and like puppet masters pull the strings.
