Agree. It needs to come out of mothballs, meaning reopened. Also saw/read something about mining on the ocean floor for Rare Earth Elements. As usual, good ol USA is lacking. At least we're starting to reopen Offshore Drilling/Production. OPEC/NOPEC - hope we get even when they took it to us at $150/bbl! Big meeting amongst nations going to take place this week. They want a cut as the Saud's need to IPO ARAMCO.
