Yes. Looks like DC will escape the snow and flights are not being delayed.

I am told that they will be completed by 10:40 AM EST (or so). They are scheduled to start at 10:00 AM EST (first of the day). What we see and hear will depend upon the justices. Each side is prepared for 20 minutes or so, but the justices may intervene with questions from the onset, or they could just listen.

It is possible that KK, Skunk, and Slash will all be there as well. That could answer other questions (about independent identities that some have posed) that have arisen over the years.
