if the information on OTC Markets is correct.
We would like to confirm that
Patrick and Angel
are now the new officers of CWIR,
but no further information will be released
for the time being.

We have never planned or released any information
on doing a reverse triangular merger.
It is also not in our plans.
As mentioned in our updates,
our plan is to do a reverse merger
with one shell.
