Agreed. There are plenty of clean shells out there.

Yes I come from SBE* and only noticed this ticker because folks were trying to deter some from SBE*.

Folks, SBE* is an example of a clean shell.

ADSV with 23M in liabilities (5M in notes payables? Ouch) vs SBE* with 150k in liabilities.

The choice is clear.
