The billionaire Joseph Allegra isn’t even listed on Vystars board of directors according to Vystars website.
He is also not listed on the company filings either.

The Chairman is Joseph Carmen Allegra and he is 39 years old. He is also NOT the billionaire you posted in the video. He has also not bought one single share. He was given shares twice. One set of 500,000 shares for a price of 0.00 and one set of 4,000,000 shares at a value of .0007 per share.
