Why even bring LAHO in at all then? Why didn’t these people just move into a new shell and leave LAHOs debt and commons behind and start fresh?



Could it be that they paid Lans' debt in order to have them cancel the original LOI?

I want to believe that we're going to be made whole here- it just doesn't make sense to me that we will.
