No these numbers where potential breach areas, so yes, if you like AMAT and buy it, then just under 17.70 should e the stop. There is nothing outrageously low at $17.70 on AMAT, so it is surely not an OB (how about $12 as an OB for AMAT?, and even there it is quite expensive).
