You bet! No matter the price, he will split this no matter what.

WEYL $25,000,000 with stock issue. In my opinion, Weyl will issue 100,000,000 shares @ $0.25 per share. Outstanding share count will be 200 million.

Brent has the okay for the reverse stock split for 5-1 up to 20-1. Guess what it will be??????? 20-1 10 million outstanding shares when he is done.
