Good Evening! Upon retirement of the 93,117,200 shares to the treasury the OS will reduce from 146,616,216 to 53,499,016.

You are correct, it was misstated that it would 9.9% of the float anything above 4 million in personal holdings. It would in fact be 9.9% of the OS $MEDH
