I don't know what "acusition" is nor where you get some of your ideas... The thing of it was, vplm put out a PR......maybe you never saw it or even heard of it???.....which stated they had recvd an offer from Dr Gil & his associates to buy Malak's shares and take over management. The PR mentioned $150mm offer if all options were exercised, whatever that meant. Malak said the board voted to turn the offer down & that's the extent of it. Imo, the entire thing was faked to generate interest from others. End o story.
