Tell you what, get that guy (or any of them) back on the line and tell him this:

The company was bankrupt, liquidated, and went out of business.

Then ask him what CUSIP suspension and ticker deletion means to your account. Guarantee you the answer will be different. Guarantee you he knows nothing about this company.
