Companies aren’t dumped in a shell for free. All that changes the moment they merge something in.
What Liz did with the share structure when she was running the company does NOT mean the same will occur with the new company she has nothing to do with. Heck she bailed on shareholders years ago when she stopped filing with the SEC. And now she is preaching she is looking out for shareholders!!!! Really????
She wants to dump the shell and will say whatever it takes to get it off her hands.
