Expect there'd be a monitor's report explaining why such a "buyback" followed by a "selloff" was appropriate (especially after the liquidation... LOL), motions to both federal courts, approval of those courts, notifications to shareholders (in an 8K in Edgar), and then the actual act, and yes, both of them.
