This Post is about Exxe Group Inc (AXXA) and their recent filings:

On "Supplemental 8k" dated 9-27-2019 it states that Joseph Cohen entered into a Share Exchange Agreement to convert 50 million common shares into Series C Preferred Shares at a par value of $2.00. So Cohen now has 500,000 Series C Preferred Shares and 50 million shares of common stock was taken out of the O/S.

Now look at Offering Statement (Reg A) posted on Sec.gov website...... on list of documents there is ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND AMENDMENTS..... those "Series C Preferred Shares" are documented as a par value of .0001

Which one is it?!?!?

Are the Preferred shares worth Par Value of $2.00 or Par Value of $.0001 Could it be a simple mathematical error?

Are the same Series B and Series C Preferred Shares documented on latest Quarterly Report the same as the ones one the SEC website? If so, there is a huge discrepancy there also!
Series B Preferred shares have a Par Value of $2.50
Series C Preferred shares have a Par Value of $2.00

The numbers don't add up here, not one bit!

Good Luck!
