Its a scare tactic, just like an awareness effort in pushing the price up. Monikers/posters post, "I am buying" or "I am selling" and folks assume they can jump on to the action and get in....or out before others. These are typical OTC antics by awareness crowds attempting to get others to join them in their antics...makes the moves much more powerful...often at the demise of those that attempt to beat the market.

The value of this company is clearly apparent for anyone that takes the time to do the necessary due diligence. The are acquiring already profitable companies and forming a conglomerate of these contracting/government firms. This will ramp the value quickly and then they will entertain being bought out by a much large contracting firm...
