Some things change and some things remain the same.


In April 2011:
Bordynuik filed a NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING for the 2010 10K on 4/1 saying "The aforementioned Form 10-K will be filed within the 15-day extension period". April Fools...it wasn't.

The CFO resigned 5 days later. The 8K reporting it was late.

A press release was issued saying....
1. The Company notes that on March 16, 2011 it signed a non-binding letter of intent with a potential customer for the purchase of the naphtha produced from the Company's Plastic2Oil process.
(How'd that go? The word "naptha" didn't even appear in the 10Q for the quarter.)
2. Additionally, on April 14, 2011, after much discussion and exchanges of drafts, the Company received what management believes is a final referral agreement with a large company that has a significant number of material recycling facilities and high volume waste plastic streams.
(RockTenn? That Agreement was signed 5 months later. How'd that go?)
