I am super curious. I understand that SGMD paid BZRTH 200,000,000 shares already. So SGMD owes BZRTH 450,000,000 shares. Are those shares,when issued, going to be valued at today's pps, or valued at the 1 for 300 post split price? By my calcs, BZRTH should only receive 150,000 shares post split. If BZRTH receives 450,000,000 post split shares, that should concern the SEC.
