Institutions were dumping INTC today and they were dumping Monday's rally. Same scenario for CSCO. MSFT was similar on the weekly but showed buying today, maybe they need to fill that gap on MSFT. Does this point to distribution and a down day tomorrow? Weird how they jacked up the tick and dumped at the same time.

Hope we pull back a tad as I shorted the Q's at 32.85, ouch, will extricate myself one way or the other manana.
