LP, I do not believe the Markers have anything to do with the distributions we are looking for and I will explain.

1) When investors signed timely releases you also gave WMILT the information on what type of security you held, the amounts and signed forms for taxes and the IRS

2) Then WMILT gave this information you our Brokers who then showed in our accounts what and how much we owned

3) WMILT would have also given this information to DTC, Clearstream, etc

4) WMILT will not be dissolved anytime soon as Rosie has funded it through 2020 so they will have our information for future distributions if any

5) Remember, Kosturos is the (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust Trustee who has God-like powers and when he releases the FDIC and others I believe this is a source of funds that flow our way and probably via WMILT which is a pass through but funds will come to us from the DST accounts in Delaware

6) Thus, we no longer have a need for the Markers
