My point is simple...WAMU; ie, WMI + WMB are the only entities eligible to share in any returns from Libor. Seeing that WMB no longer exists IF such claims are made, common sense dictates that JPM would be the recipient.

As for these elusive ""retained interests", produce evidence that they exist and we are entitled to any proceeds, had enough of theories and speculation.
