In short, they deregistered from filing with the SEC in 2009 and have never refiled. What you're seeing in that link are voluntary filings that any non registered company can file. The main difference, however, is that they are incomplete and unaudited (aka worthless), which tells you that the SEC would not accept them if they were registered filers.

I'm not sure what point is being attempted but these are the facts that matter.
