Definitely could be a fake pr and fake website too
Did you see the whois info on the jpex website... it expired long ago and went back up for sale ... anybody could have bought the available domain
This is the info they put in the registration
JPEX is supposed to be in Utah but notice the fake name (MD Hovendick not Chene Gardner) and the California address
The phone number in the whois info is from the Atlanta Georgia area

the cannarockbb.com domain was also created the same day the JPEX domain was acquired (11/05/19)
cannarock uses the same address and phone number
