Your SLGD($1.58) thesis sounds plausible, even likely. Two things will keep me away though:

1) We won't hear from them again until late March 2020. Too longgg to wait to find out if you bet right (in the absence of a much lower stock price, that is)

2) More importantly, to me, I'm trying to weed out Chinese exposure in my investments. And your thesis depends on a jump in SLGD's Chinese biz. My motto now is: Just Say Si-NO!
