I think that this is due to the requirement that trading in GERS requires obtaining paper certificates -- not electronically. I think this requirement has something to do with a transfer agent issue. This was the case several years ago; not sure it is resolved, not sure that GERS has a transfer agent now. Does anyone know differently, would like to know if they do. Although a filing implies that they do, I cannot identify the agent. https://seekingalpha.com/filing/3492730
