one would have to go back a decade and read 100s of 1000s of posts
to understand NRs' frustration (non retail) .. P2O was a target of those
who illegally manipulated OTC companies' stock by rote a decade back ..

at this point
i don't even pay attn to the *volume* and *efforts* in play circa 2009/2012
just from 2013 onward

in 2013 .. the company was wrested back from a group i refer to as
the aromatics .. last one was flushed out in October 2014 .. when PTOI (stock)
was relentlessly brutalized and compressed .. PPS was reset to 5c (6c in Jan 2014)
that *effort* was done to bury the release of the ACC (American Chemistry
Council's) report .. re: this emerging sector

what NR has an issue with are the assets that P2O retains to this day

founders tech
early original investors .. many of whom have never sold one share
committed and successful in their own right Canadian businessman (CEO & BoD)
an enviable Share Structure

and NRs' elephant in the room .. all the years of abusive efforts re: PTOI (the stock)
done so NR could tout their usual 99% track record of killing off OTC targets like P2O

funny thing happened .. P2O investors didn't sell .. and P2O (company) not only outlasted .. but may be on the verge of something rather spectacular

especially if buyer parallels (funding) with what happened with a private company in this sector .. this year (April 2019)

Ok....then the Increasing Volume and Bids in particular coinciding with Price moving Up Breaking 3yr Highs are All a Mirage.
Yeah... it is all an artifiacial fake out.
