In your communication with our new CEO, he basically is saying that he is not under obligation to file the quarterly report.

And that would make perfect sense considering that the transfer of control did not occur until September 17th, leaving David Lazar with the fiduciary and legal responsibilities for filing the Q3 report as the company was under his control during Q3
