"The problem with those statements is that they would be considered inside information as they were not released publicly but only on this message board. No one would release info like that via email."

In case there's any truth to those statements:
1. Steve Price isn't an insider. He can pretty much say what he likes. (Normally a non-disclosure agreement would have shut him up.)
2. They were purportedly made in a phone call, not an email. (If it were the latter we could ask for a copy and paste.)
