I have been watching this also. Wonder who has been buying up all the .0001's.. As you said if it doesn't move to .0002 with the next buy order than something very odd is going on..
MCET closed unchanged on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, on 1.36 times normal volume. Note that the stock is in oversold territory based on its Slow Stochastic indicator (14, 3, 3) -- sideways movement or a bounce should not be unexpected.
