One good read I got was that while their job is to make sure the plant is safe, air emissions, and waste handling wise, they have a very good attitude towards working with SNPW and the founder/CEO to help see it is completed and permitted. Some permit folks can be almost impossible to deal with.

I got the impression they want to see it succeed, possibly because is cutting edge waste to energy recycling

Not a toxic air emission incinerator...

You are going to shit a brick when you all see the systems hardware layout. I am stoked I was able to find this.
