I hope you all will me let me share what I have very reason to believe may be a biotech uplist to Nasdaq in the making. I do not make this claim lightly. I too own stocks like $NVS and have traded others, My brother was an MD in the field...My background is similar.

But I have accumulated about 10,000 pages of DD history on the folks behind a deal that looks like they about to raise a dead stock back to life, and move it to Nasdaq and make it a major player in Phased drug trials of Liposome tech using Micheal W Fountains patents and trials at Penns State University to fast track using a new generation of ultra low cost mini liposomes to cross the blood brain barrier for MRI Imaging and to deliver drugs safely to the brain to target cancer cells and to repair brain trauma damage.

I call it Star Trek Next gen Borg nano probes, first generation??


So Folks please take a long look at $MILV. It is very volatile, risky bet, but could be huge winner. Fell free to ask me questions. Willing share the detailed DD I have. I was in play like this before. It became a major Biotech in 2010.

MILV is stock returning from the dead, and all the DD shows it is planning a huge move to Nasdaq as Biotech. I have seen this before. It is my specialty!!!!

MILV has filled SEC fillings and the first of many financials going back 10 years, filled 8-Ks for the new accountant, expecting a R/M SEC filling, possibly today, based a shareholder meeting Last week that was announced in snail mail letters to the shareholders. It announced the meeting plans...... Older SEC fillings show Fountain as the inventor, 10% owner of CCA, Compelling Competing Advantage LLC, which Fountain filled an SEC filling in his name showing him as a major shareholder of the non-trading CCA firm that is taking over MILV.

The shareholders letter confirmed 2016 SEC fillings that showed CCA with a Penn state University Research contract that was to be moved to MILV last week (expecting the 8-k any time now).

The SEC fillings in 2016 said the research is using Fountains Liposome Nano Probe tech to go where no drug has gone before, to cross the blood brain barrier and safely deliver MRI dyes and drugs to parts of the brain not currently possible to do safely, to repair brain trauma. One of the major share holders is a two time Penn State Univ Super bowl champ!!!

That is just 5% of the DD I have done. I have about 10,000 pages more. Like 131 issued international patents by Fountain spanning 40 years. 180 international products licensing his patents from his resume at one of 4 universities where he is a full professor!!!
