Voodoo, if I recall correctly, in one of the hearings, BR said to JMW that the movement of that 4B , at that point in time would crash a major entity. And I am guessing JMW did not want to cause any more emergencies. Hindsight 20-20, questionable, unless the plan was to leverage that same $$ to generate more money to eventually pay off the WMI shareholders with their own money. FWIW
