Hilarious. Still trying to figure out how a bank can deposit a check into your account without you endorsing it. More hilarious how would a private payout have any effect on shares in your account ? Those shares worthless as they may be are yours and nobody but the sec and finra can cancel them . Definitely not an ambulance chasing lawyer. Sorry but you dont just find 40K in your account and not know where it came from . Only in fantasyland .
