Agreed here. Simply put, if the NB deal works out per the deal/cash flows in the 8k then this deal alone puts them on the big boards. Besides VRUS never really hyping their PRs I’m not sure why this PR was so understated.

My only guess is it is a MKR play. Every PR goes thru MKR - that’s why they have them- so for some reason they didn’t want the PR to hype the deal too much or really get into detail about it. I don’t think it says anything about the deal .....it’s all in the 8k if you do the DD...I think it is because of the MKR strategy to get VRUS uplisted.

If they keep everything calm and cool and understated then, to me, this makes VRUS more appealing to institutional investors. You look at the deals, you look at it being .016 and you say “damn” we want 10 million shares. If VRUS was all hyped up like most OTC plays, big institutional investors would say its a “pump” or the projected revenues don’t match the current valuation....which they don’t currently but it’s in a good way, bc we are undervalued. If they didn’t match and we were over valued, institutional investors would be less interested.

Does they make sense?

So I think MKR is intentionally keeping the PRs understated so when they go to these upcoming events VRUS is a bargain and not hyped so they can get institutional investors in at the basement, instead of the middle or high ground.
