That explains why nFinanSe Inc was dissolved

nFinanSe Inc no longer exists as a company.

According to the AccountNow LLC website they are a private company

So NFSE is just an empty shell. Just a zombie stock.

Amazing the ticker wasn't deleted and still trades today.

Maybe some day it will get deleted. Until then NFSE obviously can be used for pump & dump activity by people looking to manipulate the price of lowish float stocks.
