All of the ones I've seen halted were highly suspect and for good reason. I agree with your statement. We don't know if the SEC is looking into this one or not but I would not be shocked to learn that they were when you consider the information we've heard (RCMP investigation, CEO swap, new management team, further delayed AFs).
