Great post and I'm going to re-read it again when I get home as you provided an outstanding synopsis. Many times we lose sight of the big picture because we're focused on the day to day BS so it's good to hear all of this.

And I concur regarding Coachshot. He's often scrutinized and criticized simply stating the truth. I get that people are frustrated with the PPS and rightfully so but that doesn't make the facts that Coach states false.
