Just called the Court...

Spoke to the clerk...(702) 671-4375

3 am hearing meant that "no appearance is required and will be held in chambers."

Asked if it was heard yet.

Clerk answered no it was not, but the judge will answer before 5 pm today...

IMO - Since no hearing or appearance is required, this is a slam dunk in favor of the custodian to be - Custodian: KNC, LLC

A NO BRAINER HERE... There is no Objection - Slam Dunk

Buy the cheapies because if a decision is made after market closes... this is going to rocket come Monday morning.
