the sec doesn't prove anything without due process (years?) what it does is suspend trading for 10 days (that is all it is allowed to do by law). then it places liability on market makers for the truthfulness of the company. no mm would take on that liability (no filings) in the pinks. thus this stock goes grey--no mm's.
i know you will hear that arguement "well it's trading, that means the sec couldn't prove anything". that is BS by the ignorant, or those in on the pump.
all things multiply to the point of starvation. (--Budge--)
