FYI, issued preferred shares convert to common but not recorded on otc markets.
SO if you are keeping real tabs on issued you may want to reflect back on ALL the convertible debt loans posted in financials(convert at par value .001 or better) which all are in default and can convert to common anytime. Along with the recent 100,000,000 common issued for 51% of eClipse.
ITS bad enough CEO sends out smoke n mirrors we don't need others helping him.
Financials coming so hopefully new eClipse management will want everything disclosed ?
ITS difficult to give this CEO the benefit of doubt when ALL HE DOES IS CONTINUE TO MISLEAD INVESTORS ! Like he cant stop lying and making false statements !
