The cbd trend ran into resistance at the cannabis trendline. It appears they have merged a bit. Question now is whether or not FDA regs allow cbd to get out from under cannabis?:

I believe this can be interpreted as some stagnation due to the FDA not only not having regs for CBD but also not having any for the 2/3s of the states that allow THC to be ingested.
